Wind of Nostalgia for Nintendo DS developed by Matrix Software who is responsible for the upcoming game, Final Fantasy IV which is also for Nintendo DS.
A scan from Famitsu shows the new RPG game is yet to be released in Japan. It's about a boy named Eddie who tries to find his father after disappearing mysteriously. The scan shows that the character has access to a flying ship throughout the game like Final Fantasy III.
